The most common
symptoms of
plantar
fasciitis is the
morning heel
pain that you
will feel when
you take your
first step of
the day – when
you get out of
bed, or when you
get out of your
chair after
sitting for a
long time. This
occurs because
the fascia
becomes tense
after a period
of rest time.
The pain tends
to lighten after
a few minutes
and goes away
first as the
fascia get warm
up and lengthens
when you walk,
therefore
reducing the
tension on the
ligament and
reducing the
pain soon after.
During the day,
symptoms of
plantar
fasciitis is
that the heel
pain would
typically come
back again and
turn for the
worse as the day
progress with
more time and
weight on your
feet increases.
You are also
more likely to
feel the pain
after long
period of
standing or
walking - not
during standing
and walking.
Same goes to
when you are
exercising. The
pain usually
kicks in after
your exercises.
Plantar
fasciitis
symptoms by the
end of the day
is that the pain
on your heels
may be replaced
by a dull aching
that will
improve
gradually as you
give your feet
more rest.
While plantar
fasciitis
account for most
heel pain, there
are also other
foot problems
that share the
same symptoms of
plantar
fasciitis - heel
pain. For
example,
inflammation of
the Achilles
tendon,
arthritis,
stress
fractures, or
even irritation
of one or some
of the nerves in
that region
could have cause
heel pain.
